Do you like to be a referee or do you not mind to referee sometimes a match of the lower teams or the ladies? Are you doing a good job on the field as a ref or do you want to learn it? Then you should join the Referee Committee! Together with your committee members you referee matches of the lower teams, the ladies and maybe even P2. In the middle of the season there will be a referee instruction evening; experienced referees will give instructions and explanation about refereeing matches. This makes you standing (even better) prepared on the field.
Being in the Referee Committee doesn’t mean you can’t play your own matches, you never have to referee at the same moment as your own match. You’re neither forced to referee every week – although it would be nice if you want to ;-). You can pass your own availability.
