Deregistration form

This degregistration form needs to be submitted in order to deregister from Pusphaira.
The deregistration shall be processed and you will be notified when the deregistration is succesful.

If you still want to be connected to Pusphaira in another way in, for example, as donator please contact the board: bestuur@pusphaira.nl

During your membership Pusphaira has stored your personal data that was obtained from your registration. Most of this data will automatically be deleted after some time. Read our GDPR and mail us with requests or questions about this.
