Individual training

On this page you can find two documents regarding individual training. Oud headcoach Daan Guldemond put together some interesting exercises which help prevent typical football injuries. These exercises can be done at home or at the SSC fitniss halls. An overview of these exercises can be in found in the training plan document. The second document is an excel sheet where you can follow your own progress. Goodluck!
