The Technical Committee (TC) manages and makes decision about football technical matters within Pusphaira. More specifically, the TC thinks about how training quality can be improved, performs trainer evaluations and trainer recruitment if necessary. Furthermore, we keep an overview of training materials, support in team and player division and support board members in match arrangements. Within the TC, coordinators have been appointed for three groups: Men A (selection), Men B/C (non-selection) and Ladies. These are players that are not playing in the group they are representing, so that they can be a neutral contact point to both trainers as well as players.
